The data controller is Golden Hour, reachable at contact@goldenhourfrance.com.

No personal data is collected when simply browsing the site.

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process: name, email address, request type, and message body. This data is only used to reply to your request.

When you buy a ticket for a Golden Hour event, ticketing is handled by Shotgun. Their own terms and privacy policy apply.

The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The browser may store a language preference locally (key gh.lang) — this never leaves your device.

Messages received via the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted no later than three years after the last contact.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise them, write to contact@goldenhourfrance.com.
